Not much to show here, but here's what my fob looks like.  My keyless entry was installed at my home by Dealerworks for about $120.  They perform much of the retrofit work for the new car dealerships in the area, and their work is guaranteed.  I'm quite happy with the simple system. This is a must-have if you tote kids around!
