1993 Kewet Jet3 in "Road Yellow."  We'll be upgrading it to twice the voltage (from the stock 48V) and will add a controller that can regenerate.  (Tim H. is the owner, and with any luck, I will be the driver).  These are the "before" pictures - let's hope there are some "after" pictures soon!

It is dusty, but this is the new motor inside the rear hatch, under the floor.  Tray on the left is for the original controller.  The new one won't fit.
